HALLMARK FEATURES:
      • Ill defined bone lesion in children
      • Bevelled edge
      • Vertebra plana
      • Button sequentrum


Femur and tibia commonest
Spine and ribs frequently involved
Main cause of vertebra plana in spine
In peripheral skeleton:
Irregular with endosteal erosion
Osteolytic or mixed
Bevelled edge - endosteal scalloping
Like ABC, can have phasic growth with early phases looking very aggressive.
The differential of this appearance is Ewings and infection
Central or eccentric
Periosteal reaction uncommon
Button sequestrum in skull
