      • Greater tuberosity
      • Dislocation
      • ACJ
      • Glenoid
      • Scapula
KEY POINTS
Look for subtle bony irregularity on the Gr Tuberosity.
CT or US are better than plain radiographs
Assume posterior dislocation present until excluded on the lateral view
Check the base of the glenoid and mid body of the scapula
The anteroinferior glenoid is the commonest location for fracture
Look carefully here
Look for loss of alignment of the inferior clavicle and acromium
